Managed print solutions save time and money and cut carbon emissions
By monitoring supplies usage and levels, replacement cartridges are automatically ordered at the right time and combined with deliveries of other products to reduce delivery consignments.
By monitoring printer usage, unnecessary printing and inefficient printers can be identified and corrective action taken. reducing consumption, cost and environmental impact.

‘Low-Melt’ toner enables fast print speeds without sacrificing print quality
HP’s latest advancement in toner technology, the newly formulated “low-melt” monochrome toner enables fast print speeds for robust business printing environments of up to 62 pages-per-minute(1) and at the same time provides consistently outstanding print quality and reliability over the life of the cartridge at the print speeds required.
The toner is designed to both charge and melt at lower temperatures to deliver print quality consistency at faster print speeds compared to the prior generation of HP toners. As a result, the toner requires 15 percent less energy to reach fusing temperature – an important factor that enables a 10 to 15 percent improvement in printing system energy consumption per page.

Original cartridges out-perform compatibles
Results show that a study for Hewlett-Packard (HP) in the areas of page yield and cartridge reliability. The study was designed to evaluate the performance of Original HP inkjet print cartridges compared to 16 brands of refilled inkjet print cartridges.
When looking at the total pages printed from those cartridges tested, on average Original HP inkjet print cartridges reached an average yield of 793 pages. This is 79.5% higher than the average yield of 442 pages of all refilled brands.
None of the Original HP inkjet print cartridges tested resulted in reliability problems whereas, on average 24.0% of the refilled brands cartridges tested were either dead-on-arrival or failed prematurely.
| |
With superior page yield HP Originals will still be printing long after a non-HP cartridge has been replaced.
Original HP inkjet print cartridges are precisely formulated to work with your HP printer for superior print
quality and unmatched reliability. In addition, you can be assured your ink level gauge works with Original HP inkjet print cartridges. You get a new cartridge every time.

According to research conducted by InfoTrends, the innovative fusing technology on board HP LaserJets and HP Color LaserJets translates into a significant real-world performance advantage over competing models: “Even on shared devices, given the overall use pattern, it is most likely that the printer would be in sleep mode when any particular user submitted a job for printing.”
In addition, HP LaserJets and HP Color LaserJets generally use significantly less power than competing devices. For instance, over a typical year, the HP LaserJet 4250 uses about 198 kilowatt hours — 26.1% less to 44.5% less than the electricity consumed by competing devices from Dell, Lexmark, Samsung, and Xerox.3 This translates into significantly lower energy costs — especially when multiplied by the number of printers and the number of years they’ll be in use.
Furthermore, all HP printers and MFPs with Instant-on fusers meet the new, more strict ENERGY-STAR rules that went into effect April 1, 2007.
